Nutritious easy Gluten free Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup of warm water
- 1 tablespoon dried yeast
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup Dove farm Gluten free plain flour
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds ( used as toppings )
Add all the ingredients in a food processor starting with the wet ingredients.
Mix everything for 60 seconds.
Pour the mixture a loaf tin ( I use greaseproof paper in the tin) cover with a cloth and let the batter rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. My oven is quite powerful so 35 minutes were enough. The use of a thermometer is very helpful to make sure the bread is cooked through; the temperature should be between 80C and 90C.
Once the bread is baked, leave it in the tin for 5-10 minutes to cool onto a rack
And Voila!!!
