6 Week Mindfulness Course Yoga for anxiety and Wellbeing  

The aim of the course is to help learn the use of mindfulness as an aid to everyday health and wellbeing. It helps develop awareness to how our mind functions and learn techniques to create change and transformation in ourselves and our lives. 
The course will focus on combining gentle body movements, breathing techniques and practical mindfulness exercises.

Mindfulness helps build resilience and shift our attitude and reaction to stressful experiences: overactive mind, tight neck and shoulders, bad posture, indigestion, all are some of the triggers that contribute to an overproduction of stress hormones called cortisol thus resulting in feeling exhaustion and fatigue. 
Mindfulness teaches us to let go of anxiety, fears and doubts while opening ways to find different soluions in order to achieve more freedom in our choices rather than focus on the end results and outcomes. 
Coming into the presence fo the present moment, the physical body changes its gear into a more relaxed state allowing happy hormones - serotonin and oxytocyn to be released. 
Meditation is our mental nutrition which is as important as physical exercise and balanced nutrition, allowing to reprogram our brain and body chemistry. 
Becoming more relaxed does not lead to a loss of efficiency in any levels but help us being more focused, calmer, confident and happier.

For our bodies to extract optimal amount of nutrients, a good digestion is essential. Under stress, digestion can be disrupted resulting in a weakened nutrients absorption capacity which can affect both our nervous and immune system. 
The course will offer simple techniques which can help cleanse, aid and stimulate our digestive system and relieve symptoms such as: 
Constipation, diarrhea 
The course is suitable to all levels

If a course or workshop is cancelled by us, you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative session. 
For cancellations, a 24h notice is required and you will have the option to either get a full refund or transfer your booking to another class or workshop 
No refunds allowed if less than 24h cancellation notice. 
All 6 week courses must be paid in full upfront. Any missed sessions that are part of any 6 week course are non refundable
